The lanai:

Watch the sunsets nightly from front row seats on your private lanai. Not only do you have sweeping views of the ocean and the Maui coastline, but the island of Lanai is directly ahead and Molokai is just a head's turn to the right. The lounger, chairs and table invite you to dining and relaxing opportunities from morning til night.

The kitchen:

Cooking and cleaning up are not vacation highlights. The former kitchen was dark, cramped and crowded. Kitchen duty is now a pleasant chore.

The remodel began by modifying the kitchen space. Now it is open to the living room and frames the ever-changing panorama just outside the sliding glass lanai doors. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen allows two people to work comfortably and efficiently at the same time. You will enjoy using the modern cabinets, European sink and faucet all set off by contemporary granite countertops. The built-in microwave frees up counter space, and the dishwasher makes clean-up simple. Of course, the spacious refrigerator has an icemaker. The Bosch washer and dryer in the C-11 laundry area mean you don't have to lug along lots of clothes.

Cool, clean tile floors flow from the entry, through the kitchen and living room all the way out onto the lanai.

Entertainment:

When you're not at the pool or beach, you can relax in the comfortable living room while enjoying the 50" Samsung wide-screen, HD LCD flat-panel stereo TV with expanded cable programming. The desirable added extra of a DVD player means your entertainment choices are even greater.

Rent a DVD or stream a movie, pop a bag of microwave popcorn, kick back and enjoy watching. Another added extra is the mini-stereo with AM/FM, tape and CD player. We even provide a selection of DVD movies and audio CD's you may enjoy.

Plus you can always bring your favorite CDs or DVDs with you and have the music you like while enjoying the beauty of Maui right outside your door.

Bedroom suites:

The decorator-appointed master suite has its own 32" wide-screen Samsung, HD LCD flat-panel, stereo TV, also with expanded cable programming. Plus C-11 is one of the few units that offer lush tropical plantings right outside your bedroom windows. The loft bedroom has a new 32" wide-screen Samsung, HD LCD flat-panel, smart-stereo TV for your enjoyment in this very special unit.

Vanity and dressing areas:

Both upstairs and down, the bathrooms each offer the convenience of a walk-in shower, and each is adorned with custom tiles created by local Maui artisans. The dressing areas have new tiled vanities featuring island designs. You will appreciate the convenience the added dual sinks and framed mirrors offer in this master suite dressing area. Decorator lighting and plumbing fixtures are there for your visual pleasure in each of the dressing areas.

A good nights sleep:

Tired at the end of a long, hard day of vacationing?

No standard mattresses for this special unit. Each bedroom features a wonderfully comfortable plush king-size mattress for your enjoyment. As you drift off to sleep you just know that you will wake refreshed and ready to tackle your next tough day in paradise.

Astounding view:

Those lucky enough to sleep in the loft bedroom suite will awake to a spectacular sight each morning. As you sit up in bed, the views of the ocean, coastline and the island of Lanai are just past your toes.

Tropical decor:

The attention to detail extends to the Hawaiian Plantation-style beadboard paneling in the bedrooms, entry and kitchen. Fresh, light mint-green and white paint throughout, and the designer carpet in the bedroom suites add to the beauty and comfort of this lovely unit. The tropical feel is reflected in both the furnishings and the artwork in this two bedroom unit.
